Online Judi, the second season of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on My Fitness Coach is now available from my gym. I have been doing online Judi and had lots of questions and concerns when it first went live. I’m very familiar with the online version and the cast that appear on the website. But since this is a brand new format, I’ll only comment on the first few episodes to give you an idea of what is involved.
The first Bwing I noticed about online judi was that the terminology was quite different from the normal BJJ broadcasts. I am used to hearing the word “argent” used in BJJ broadcasts where there is a shout at the opponent from across the ring to try and get him off balance or to trip him. Not so in online audio.
The terminology in online audio differs largely between the websites I have come across (I use Kung Fu rather than Judo). It also differs between Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and the martial art of Judo. Kung fu has many forms including the Shodokan, which is used primarily for tournaments. Judo is basically the “Mixed Martial Arts” we know as MMA.
Online audio is just a tutorial with a little bit of instructional material given by some former wrestlers (bandarqq). I am not sure whether he is an ex-wrestler or a Jiu Jitsu black belt. I am not sure I want to see his name on my Gi (although I suppose if he is good at judo, then he should be able to do the rest of it from the back). The first instruction is to get into the basic positions. Then he walks you through the basics of the application of the front and back leg kicks:
The second instruction deals with the application of the back kick to the opponent’s stomach and groin. The third instruction focuses on the use of the flying armbar. Online nude online videos give some details of how to apply the techniques correctly. As far as I can tell there is nothing in the form of videos on the web about the application of kicks to the stomach or groin of the opponent. Perhaps this will change in the near future when Online judi videos start appearing.
I do recommend the training of judi kartu. The original form of the discipline was developed for Olympic level athletes. The original form of audio kartu was developed to train the athletes in the traditional style of martial arts so that they could be used for competition, but it is also beneficial for fitness purposes. Online audio terbaik videos may appear in the future to help the training of judi karateka.
